Thomas Smith, Owner
Thomas Smith graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors Degree in Theater. After 2 years of theatrical touring, he began working in the world of corporate events and installations. Thomas draws on his theatrical design experience to blend inspiration and creativity with practicality and function. These skills have been put to the test in a variety of demanding situations.

Lynn Murphy, Production
Lynn began his career 30 years ago as a sound engineer(FOH Mixer). He has held positions with major musical tours, recording studios, theatre projects, television crews and live sporting events in 17 countries worldwide. Production management and producing roles have been a part of his journey as well. Touring groups include, Don Henley, Roger Waters, Stevie Nicks, Wynona Judd and many more! Becky Smith, Accounting
Becky would be considered a woman with many talents. She has had a properous work ethic instilled in her since the age of 16. At age 18 she got a taste of the medical field working as a CNA for East Cooper. There, her love for medicine bloomed. While in college, she obtained an Associates in Science as well as an Associates in Applied Science. In 2000 she received her EMT certification and quickly landed a role with the Moble ICU unit at Roper Hosspital. She began building IES with Thomas back in 2005. She helped with shows, accounts, and building a staff that she and Thomas would be proud of. After 8 years with Roper Hospital, she left to put her energy and efforts into the business and faithfully be Thomas' right hand person...and wife.
